Prabowo in Citizens’ Prayers at Monas: Indonesia Independence Day

The celebration of Indonesia’s 80th Independence Day at the National Monument (Monas) in Jakarta, was a vibrant and enthusiastic event filled with cultural parades from different regions towards the State Palace. Citizens gathered to express heartfelt prayers and hopes for President Prabowo Subianto and the future of the nation.

A resident of Karanganyar Subdistrict, Sawah Besar District, Aryati, expressed her gratitude for being a part of the parade, stating her excitement and happiness for participating in the event. She conveyed her hopes for Indonesia to progress and prosper, especially for all Indonesian people, while offering a special prayer for President Prabowo’s health and the well-being of all citizens.

Another participant echoed Aryati’s sentiments, emphasizing the importance of national unity and positive changes that benefit the Indonesian people. Addressing the need for peace, prosperity, and safety, she emphasized the importance of avoiding conflicts between ethnic groups and religions.

Similarly, Satim, a resident of Kampung Rawa, Johar Baru, Central Jakarta, expressed his happiness and pride in joining the celebration, highlighting his hopes for Indonesia to achieve greater success, progress, prosperity, and welfare under strong leadership that protects and serves the people.

For these citizens, participating in the celebrations at Monas was more than just a festive occasion – it was a demonstration of their love for the nation and a collective wish for lasting peace and prosperity in Indonesia.
