AC Milan’s goalkeeper, Mike Maignan, is reportedly on the verge of signing a new contract until June 30, 2031. According to Eropa transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, Maignan will receive approximately 5.7 million euros per season (Rp111 billion) in the new deal. This salary is on par with what Rafael Leao currently earns and positions Maignan as one of the highest-paid players at AC Milan.
Despite offers from Chelsea and Manchester United that are believed to be higher, Maignan’s decision to stay at Milan showcases his commitment to stability and the significant role he plays at the club. This demonstrates his prioritization of the team over financial temptations.
